郑一博士于University of California, Santa Barbara(美国)获博士学位。现任南方科技大学环境科学与工程学院教授、副院长。曾任北京大学工学院能源与资源工程系副教授、特聘研究员、副系主任,北京大学水资源研究中心副主任。主要研究领域包括水文学与水资源,复杂环境系统模拟、不确定性分析与优化,以及环境与自然资源管理。
2007年回国后,先后承担包括国家自然科学基金重大研究计划项目在内的十多项国家级科研项目,以及多项企事业单位和国际机构的委托项目。在干旱区地表-地下水耦合模拟、复杂模型不确定性分析以及水资源管理优化决策等多个方向上获得一系列重要研究成果。已发表学术论文70多篇,其中第一或通讯作者SCI论文29篇。在水资源领域权威期刊Water Resources Research (WRR)上以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表论文7篇,并获得封面论文、Editor’s Highlight、featured article等荣誉。其余SCI论文发表在Environmental Modelling & Software, Advances in Water Resources, Environmental Pollution, Science of the Total Environment, Agricultural Water Management等环境、水资源领域一流学术期刊上。
在开展理论研究的同时,郑一博士还积累了丰富的流域实践经验。博士毕业后,曾任职于美国一家环境咨询公司,从事流域水环境模型和决策支撑系统的开发及管理应用工作。曾作为技术骨干参与加州交通部、洛杉矶区域水质管理委员会、明尼苏达州Duluth市环保局等政府机构所委托的水资源评价和水环境规划项目,在美国东、西部的多个流域积累了丰富的工程和管理经验。回国后,继续从事水资源、水环境管理咨询和决策支撑服务工作,具体工作区域包括黑河流域、淮河流域、滦河流域、湘江流域、巢湖流域、北京市、青岛市等。曾参与撰写多份国家及地方政府的政策建议报告,并拥有多项软件著作权。
